Zusammenfassung

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support youth in a specialized residential program. You will help deliver therapeutic interventions in a safe environment and collaborate with leadership to drive program vision and positive staff dynamics.

The role requires a valid driver's license, MAPS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and a background in congregate care.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience. Degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• MAPS certification required or obtainable within 6 months of employment.

Aufgaben

• Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
