Job summary

South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, FL is hiring an HR Generalist to oversee human resources functions for the site, reporting to the site Program Director and District HR Director. Bachelor’s in HR/business required with 2 years’ HR experience; Master’s or PHR preferred.

Salary is $45,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance within 90 days, 401(k) match after 1 year, and PTO accrual. Schedule: five days on, two off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field.
• Two years HR experience; or six years equivalent as HR Generalist.
• Master’s degree, certification, and/or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site HR functions to ensure HR goals and objectives are met.
• Report to the site Program Director and the District HR Director.
