Responsibilities

• Supports the School’s mission statement and the department's policies and procedures.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Supports Benefits and Wellness initiatives.
• Contributes to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Assists the HR Manager in overseeing key stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Manages job requisitions and onboarding workflows with the HR Manager.
• Facilities the recruitment pipeline through Paycom system management.
• Supports onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Ensures DOT and MVR compliance; communicates drug testing requirements.
• Administers FDLE fingerprint reprinting workflow and regulatory documentation.
• Processes employment verification requests promptly.
• Updates HR portal content on mypinecrest.
• Maintains HR records in line with regulations.
• Provides data analytics and interdepartmental support.
• Escalates employee concerns regarding inequitable treatment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
