Rite of Passage is hiring an HR Generalist for the South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, FL. The role oversees HR functions at the site and reports to the Program Director and the District HR Director. Candidates should have a high school diploma and HR experience, with a bachelor's degree or PHR preferred.

Salary is $50,000 annually with standard benefits and potential for growth. Applicants must pass background checks and drug screening as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with HR experience, or six years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment law, HR policies and licensing.
• Office administration experience is preferred.
• Interviews may be required; strong interpersonal skills needed.
• Background checks, including criminal, child abuse, and TB test, may be required.
