Job summary

Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth is seeking a Homeless Youth Residential Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for youth enrolled in the Independent Living Program (ILP). This role supports stabilization, connects clients to education and employment resources, and guides them toward self-sufficiency under the supervision of the Housing Programs Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, documenting progress, and assisting with housing transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed Social Worker (Nevada) preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Experience in youth case management or homeless youth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of ILP youth and coordinate services.
• Enforce agency guidelines and program agreements.
• Identify client needs and connect to education, employment, and mainstream services.
• Document progress in monthly case plans and HMIS records.
• Transport clients to appointments and housing transitions.
• Collaborate with staff to support client goals and program graduation.
• Provide crisis support and back-up coverage as needed.
