Job summary

Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) in Las Vegas seeks a Youth Programming Coordinator to lead and expand on-site youth engagement activities at the Drop-In Center. You will design schedules, run group activities, and build rapport to help homeless youth gain life skills and confidence.

Collaborating with Case Management and Community Engagement, you will supervise volunteers, organize resource fairs, and ensure accurate documentation while prioritizing youth safety and positive

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma with strong experience in non-profit youth mentorship.
• Must be at least 21 years old; able to pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Valid Nevada Class C driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with youth outreach and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate diverse youth engagement activities on-site and off-site.
• Facilitate workshops, life skills sessions, and leadership development.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with case management and finance to support youth resources.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate partner events.
• Promote safety and positive youth development principles.
