Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) in Southern Nevada seeks a Youth Programming Coordinator to elevate our youth engagement at the Drop-In Center by creating, coordinating, and sustaining engaging activities that build self-esteem, practical life skills, and healthy peer relationships.

Under the Chief of Programs, you will plan schedules, lead a variety of workshops, supervise volunteers, connect youth with resources, and partner with Case Management to keep accurate records and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in non-profit, youth mentorship, or teaching preferred.
• Ability to drive and maintain a valid license may be required.
• Commitment to serving homeless youth with dignity and respect.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to create a positive, trusting culture for youth.
• Plan schedules and supervise a variety of youth engagement activities.
• Facilitate workshops and group activities for skill-building.
• Collaborate with Case Management to document youth participation and progress.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate community partnerships.
• Ensure safety and supportive environment at the Drop‑In Center.
