Job summary

The Youth Program Manager at Arsenal School oversees day-to-day operations, creating a safe, engaging environment where youth can learn and grow. This role coordinates after-school programming at Arsenal School and the Estelle S.

Campbell Clubhouse, ensuring alignment with BGCWPA policies. You will plan and deliver high-quality programs, supervise staff, build relationships with students and families, and connect youth to opportunities across the Clubhouse network.

Qualifications

Experience working with children and youth in relevant settings.
Ability to build positive relationships with youth and families.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading programs or supervising staff preferred.
Familiar with Google Workspace and program records.
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee youth programs in STEM, literacy, arts, recreation, and health.
Manage daily schedules, attendance, and program operations.
Recruit, enroll, retain participants, and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
