Job summary

You will oversee staff development, program evaluation, and resource management while fostering accountability and continuous improvement to support youth success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in after-school programming or youth development.
• Minimum 1 year in staff supervision/leadership.
• Strong understanding of child safety and youth engagement strategies.
• Ability to build relationships with school staff, parents, and community partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead after-school site programs and activities ensuring quality and safety.
• Supervise and develop staff including coordinators and youth professionals.
• Plan trainings and promote best practices in after-school programming.
• Use CRM data and site observations to evaluate programs and drive improvements.
• Oversee budget and resources and collaborate with schools for safety and cleanliness.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Promote program offerings and communicate with stakeholders.
