Job summary

Boys- is seeking a Part-Time Program Specialist to support youth development programs focused on education, enrichment, and membership services. The role emphasizes a welcoming, organized, and safe environment while fostering academic success, healthy lifestyles, and positive character development.

You will lead or support activities in reading, STEM, and the arts, provide tutoring or mentoring, and help with attendance and data collection for grants under the Club Director.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive, flexible, collaborative attitude; supervises youth when needed.
• Basic knowledge of childcare certificate programs or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of reading, STEM, and arts activities.
• Adapt activities to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
• Provide tutoring or mentoring to support youth development.
• Ensure safe, inclusive program areas and track attendance.
• Assist with membership processing and attendance records.
• Support program fee collection and distribute communications.
• Coordinate events, field trips, and Club celebrations.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and the Club Director.
