Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a Program Manager to oversee youth programming across two clubs. You will design, coordinate, and deliver a balanced mix of academic support, wellness, enrichment, and life/work skills, while ensuring programs meet standards and engage members.

The role splits time between two sites, with on-site direct service and staff training. Strong collaboration with club directors and partners is essential for safe, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Understanding of youth development best practices
• Experience evaluating program quality and contributing to continuous improvement
• Experience providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to develop staff
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Use Program Map to centralize and standardize programming across clubs
• Collaborate with Club Director to ensure engaging programs
• Coordinate transportation and staffing for off-site programming
• Train and coach YDSs to ensure fidelity of program implementation
• Support program assessment and data-driven improvements
• Manage YDSs to track program participation and reporting
