Job summary

BGCT seeks a Site Coordinator to lead a safe, nurturing youth Club environment and coach an empathetic team. You will design and supervise engaging programs spanning education, sports, arts, health, and workforce readiness, ensuring inclusive participation and high quality youth development.

Responsibilities include staff development, program planning, community partnerships, and maintaining a positive Club climate while safeguarding youth during activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in a BGC or youth development setting.
• 2 years’ experience in personnel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire youth, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide programs across Education, Sports & Recreation, The Arts, Health & Wellness, and Workforce Readiness.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment and foster a positive Club climate.
• Lead and train staff to deliver high quality youth development activities.
• Manage resources, partnerships, and program planning documentation.
• Support strategic planning and community engagement, including public relations.
