The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a Youth Development Specialist and Youth Enrichment Specialist to plan, supervise, and implement a variety of high-yield activities across Athletics, Cultural Arts, Education, STEM or Teen programs in the Denver area.

The role emphasizes coaching intramural sports, promoting healthy habits, coordinating lessons, building positive relationships with members, and supporting club families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work with diverse youth across program areas.

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging, high-quality youth programs aligned with positive youth development.
• Engage Club members and families, promoting safe and inclusive environments.
• Support club culture, participate in staff meetings, and assist with logistics for events.
