Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a part-time Youth Development Specialist to plan and supervise programs in athletics, arts, STEM, and education for youth in our community.

You will build positive relationships with young people, support their growth, and work with a dedicated team to deliver high-yield activities. The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and teamwork in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One year experience directly serving youth.
• Strong English proficiency is required for effective communication with staff, Club members, and families.
• A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience and no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a variety of high-yield activities and targeted programs in athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.
• Foster positive and supportive relationships with youth to support their development and well-being.
