Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Programs Director to oversee Club operations, programs, and service delivery for youth and families. You will lead staff, manage partnerships with schools and community partners, and ensure safety and quality across all activities at the Seattle site.

The role requires coordinating with Directors to drive outcomes, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with licensing and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in management, supervision, or leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Club programs to deliver high-quality outcomes for youth and families.
• Develop key community partnerships and coordinate with school districts and partners.
• Oversee operations, facilities, safety, and member services.
• Represent the Club in meetings with principals, educators, and district staff.
