Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Aide to assist in implementing and coordinating youth programs at the Clubhouse. You will supervise members, help with daily operations, and support program activities under leadership direction.

The role requires working with youth ages 5–18, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a positive, safe environment. Applicants should be reliable, energetic, and able to participate in flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple demands.
• Experience working with youth ages 5–18 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Engage with members, families, staff and volunteers to support program delivery.
• Maintain clean, safe program spaces and follow rules and procedures.
• Assist with administrative duties and program metrics reporting.
• Support cross‑department collaboration and participate in meetings.
