Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Aide to support youth programs at the Henderson Clubhouse. You will implement and help supervise activities, foster positive relationships, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for members aged 5–18.

Under the Clubhouse Director and specialists, you’ll assist with planning, administration, and occasional driving duties, contributing to ongoing youth development outcomes and program metrics.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience working with youth ages 5-18 preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement youth programs and activities.
• Supervise members and participate in daily club operations.
• Coordinate program planning under supervision.
• Collaborate with Youth Development Professionals and volunteers.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct guidelines.
• Assist with administrative duties and program metrics.
• May drive Club vans periodically.
