Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada seeks a Program Aide to implement and evaluate youth programs across multiple areas while supervising members. The role supports daily Clubhouse functions and strengthens youth development outcomes through engaging activities.

Responsibilities include mentoring members, enforcing guidelines, and assisting with administrative duties, reporting, and event participation as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work with youth ages 5-18.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to interact well with Youth Development Professionals, volunteers, and other related agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote and stimulate members’ interest in core area program participation.
• Ensure members participate in a variety of program areas/activities with respect and constructive feedback.
• Complete program objectives within club-specific requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Participate in planning programs and activities.
• Support programs managed by fellow Youth Development Professionals.
