Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Aide to implement and lead youth programs, supervise members, and assist with daily Clubhouse operations. The role emphasizes delivering development-focused activities and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children aged 5–18.

You will collaborate with Youth Development Professionals and volunteers, participate in meetings, and help document program metrics while supporting various program areas and events.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet deadlines with multiple demands.
• Ability to work with youth ages 5-18.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook).
• Ability to interact with Youth Development Professionals, volunteers, and agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for safety and well-being of others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement youth programs and activities.
• Engage with members, families, and volunteers to support program goals.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment for member development.
• Provide direction and enforce standards for member conduct.
• Assist with administrative duties and program metrics tracking.
• Support operational events and occasional extended hours.
