Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Aide to support youth programs and activities at the Henderson Clubhouse.

You will lead and implement programs, supervise members, promote safety, and assist with administrative duties and event preparation. The role requires a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma or GED, and basic Microsoft Office skills, with strong communication and teamwork. You may occasionally drive club vans and collaborate with staff and volunteers.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or general equivalency.
• Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work with youth ages 5-18.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to interact well with Youth Development Professionals, volunteers, and other related agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Participate in planning programs and activities.
• Support programs managed by fellow Youth Development Professionals.
• Engage with members, families, Youth Development Professionals, and volunteers.
• Provide direction to members by establishing and enforcing standards, expectations, and consequences for inappropriate behavior.
