Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Aide to support youth programs at the Clubhouse in Las Vegas. You will supervise members, help run daily activities, and assist with the smooth operation of the Clubhouse.

Reporting to the Clubhouse Director, you will implement programs, mentor members, enforce standards, drive club vans when needed, and collaborate with Youth Development Professionals to create a safe, engaging environment for children aged 5–18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work with youth ages 5-18.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement youth programs and activities.
• Supervise members and assist with daily operations.
• Promote safe, respectful behavior and enforce guidelines.
• Drive club vans periodically as needed.
• Collaborate with Youth Development Professionals to support club goals.
