Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Aide to implement and supervise youth programs across multiple areas at the Clubhouse. You will supervise members, support daily operations, and assist with program planning under supervision of senior staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication with youth, families, and staff, plus ensuring a safe, respectful environment and timely documentation of activities and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work with youth ages 5-18.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to interact well with Youth Development Professionals, volunteers, and other related agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Engage with members, families, Youth Development Professionals, and volunteers to receive and provide information.
• Demonstrate leadership in relation to members, parents, Youth Development Professionals, and visitors conduct and safety.
• Provide direction to members by establishing and enforcing standards, expectations, and consequences for inappropriate behavior per organizational guidelines.
• Assist in the cleanliness and safe operation of all program areas, Clubhouse, and grounds.
