Job summary

YMCA of the Northshore is seeking an After-School Site Coordinator to lead an elementary-age program, guiding daily operations, coaching staff, and building strong family relationships. This year-round role extends into the summer with leadership duties in the Y Day Camp.

You will oversee safe, inclusive activities, ensure licensing compliance, and foster mentorship and growth for children in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth programs or camps.
• Strong communication with staff and families.
• Familiarity with EEC licensing and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver high-quality, enriching activities.
• Ensure program safety and compliance with licensing regulations.
• Build strong connections with students and families and school partners.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and administrative tasks.
