Cape Ann YMCA in Gloucester seeks an enthusiastic Site Coordinator for the After School Program to lead a team in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for elementary students.

You’ll manage daily operations, coach staff, liaise with families and schools, and help extend leadership into our Y Day Camp during the summer.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or early talent pursuing education, recreation, or management careers.
• Experience as Site Coordinator provides youth supervision skills.
