Job summary

Devereux Massachusetts in Rutland, MA is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Gatehouse program for youth with ASD and related needs. You will help provide therapeutic interventions, supervise staff, and coordinate program planning in a team-driven, growth-oriented environment.

Your role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and educators to implement individualized plans, ensure a safe setting, and promote positive youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• MAPS certification required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Two years congregate care experience with a diploma or one year with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, safe environment.
• Collaborate with Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other program management aspects as needed.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
• Support youth and staff to achieve program goals.
