Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Fitchburg, MA is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Webster House program for youth ages 4 to 14. You will help deliver therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, safe environment and collaborate to shape program vision.

The role requires 21+ age, a valid driver's license, and relevant education; MAPS certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor's degree with one year of congregate care experience; related fields preferred.
• MAPS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
