Arc Experience seeks an Assistant Site Coordinator for its after-school programs in Southern California. You will support the Site Coordinator, supervise students, and collaborate with school staff to ensure safe, engaging activities.

Responsibilities include fostering positive behavior, organizing clubs (career readiness, cooking, anime, dance), and helping with attendance and sign-ups. Evening and morning shifts available; part-time, non-exempt.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Submit 48+ college credits or pass proficiency exam.
• Must pass TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Site Coordinator as the second contact for families and school staff.
• Ensure safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Establish and enforce positive behavior expectations.
• Plan and lead diverse indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Assist with attendance tracking and club creation for student engagement.
