Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Jr. Program Aide for the Las Vegas Clubhouse. This part-time PM role focuses on implementing youth programs, supervising members, and supporting daily clubhouse operations.

Reporting to the Clubhouse Director, you will assist in program management, member engagement, proper conduct, and administrative duties while maintaining a professional environment for youth development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote and stimulate members’ interest in core area program participation.
• Ensure members participate in a variety of program areas and receive instruction and feedback to develop skills.
• Assist and participate in Clubhouse duties and maintain a safe environment for member development.
• Assist with program documentation, tracking, and monthly reports.
