Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Part-Time Program Aide for morning/afternoon shifts in Las Vegas. You will implement and evaluate youth programs, supervise members, and assist with daily Clubhouse operations.

Responsibilities include program management, member engagement, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Requires a high school diploma and ability to work with youth aged 5–18; 18+ preferred with basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Able to work with youth ages 5–18.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook).
• Able to interact with Youth Development Professionals, volunteers, and partner agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead and implement youth programs and activities; ensure objectives meet club requirements and timelines.
• Member Management: Engage with members, families, and staff; provide guidance and enforce standards for behavior.
• Clubhouse Support: Maintain cleanliness and safety; foster a positive environment across program areas.
• Administrative Duties: Complete documentation and track programs and attendance.
• Other Duties: Participate in events, trainings, and occasional irregular hours.
