Alpha is seeking a Lead Youth Program Manager to coach Guides and build excellence across K-12 campuses. You will guide life skills workshops, motivate students toward ambitious learning goals, and ensure exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.

You'll lead coaching conversations, use data to improve outcomes, and help open new campuses, maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus (relocation support available).

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
