Alpha is hiring a Lead Youth Program Manager to build and lead a team of Guides, delivering a transformative K-12 experience. You will coach Guides, run life skills workshops, and drive student outcomes through accountability and high standards.

This full-time role focuses on developing leaders, launching new campuses, and maintaining a culture where students thrive. Relocation support is available for chosen campuses.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in education, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with youth ages 5-14 in educational/coaching settings.
• Willingness to relocate to campus locations.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to reach ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Support launching new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
