Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of Guides across campuses. You will coach, motivate, and develop life-skills programs for 5–14 year olds, using data and coaching conversations to raise student outcomes.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in education or leadership, experience building new teams or campuses, and a willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people; hiring and performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences.
• Lead life skills workshops and real-world skills development.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and drive progress.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
