Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to lead a team of Guides and to build a culture of excellence across campuses. This role focuses on coaching, developing leaders, and delivering engaging life skills experiences for K-12 students.

You will use data and coaching conversations to raise performance, support the growth of Guides, and help open new campuses with uncompromising standards. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental setting.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
