Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Development Manager to lead Guides, develop leaders, and drive a culture of excellence across K-12 programs. You will coach guides, design life-skills workshops, and motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals within a data-driven framework.

The role requires on-site work at Alpha campuses, with relocation support available and a focus on launching new campuses with accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/education experience.
• Experience building and launching new teams or campuses.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold high standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
