Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Program Facilitators to travel between campuses across the US, delivering life-skill workshops for K-8 students. You will coach individuals and small groups, using analytics to drive weekly goals and ensure high targets are met.

You will administer assessments, learn each campus quickly, and hand over progress with clear interventions. Accommodation is provided, and roles offer impactful work and mobility across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments to prove skill, not just attendance.
• Achieve full standard at each new campus within the first week, learning names and building rapport.
• Document per-student progress and all interventions at the end of every posting.
