Job summary

Alpha, a nationwide youth program, is hiring through Crossover to place guides at campuses across the United States. This full-time, year-long role posts you to a different campus every one to three months, with accommodation booked and paid and a flat $120,000 salary wherever you live.

You will run one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, coach learners using Coachbot analytics, and administer assessments to prove progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort in front of you.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, weekly goals and incentives, until 90% or more hit their targets.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill rather than just attend the session.
• Reach full standard inside your first week at each new campus, with names learned and rapport built.
• Hand over cleanly at the end of every posting, documenting per-student progress and every open intervention.
