Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Development Specialists to land at a different campus every one to three months, on-site across the United States. Accommodation is booked and paid for at every stop, and you earn a flat $120,000 regardless of location.

You will be away from home weekly, without visa sponsorship, performing life-skill workshops and coaching students toward weekly targets. You will not teach core subjects; instead you run workshops, coach one-to-one, score assessments, and ensure students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students with adaptable curriculum.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals.
• Administer and score assessments to prove progress and outcomes.
• Achieve full standard at each campus within the first week of posting.
• Document progress and interventions at the end of every posting.
