Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Facilitator to travel to multiple US campuses, delivering one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students and coaching individuals and small groups toward weekly targets.

Accommodations are arranged and paid for at each posting; you will be away from home most weeks. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with K-8 students are required; visa sponsorship is not provided. This is a full-time, reward-focused role across the Alpha network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort in front of you.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, weekly goals and incentives, until 90% or more hit their targets.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill rather than just attend the session.
• Reach full standard inside your first week at each new campus, with names learned and rapport built.
• Hand over cleanly at the end of every posting, documenting per-student progress and every open intervention.
