Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 2,000 hours of relevant work or volunteer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage hard-to-reach middle and high school students; provide mentoring.
• Offer crisis coaching and link youth to social service referrals.
• Promote positive youth development through programs, clubs, and camps.
• Build relationships with schools, community organizations and stakeholders.
• Conduct trainings for staff and volunteers and maintain records.
