Conejo Recreation and Park District invites applications for a Recreation Supervisor at Goebel Adult Community Center. Under general supervision, you will plan, organize and supervise comprehensive public recreation programs and lead a team to deliver quality services to Thousand Oaks and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff supervision, program development, and coordination with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation or a related field is required.
• Minimum four years of full-time supervisory and budgetary experience in recreation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate with diverse community groups.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise recreation programs.
• Coordinate with schools and advisory groups to promote activities.
• Develop and monitor budgets and prepare reports.
• Maintain safety protocols and staff training.
• Serve as liaison between residents and District administration.
