Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside of their home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule, plus weekly pay and potential benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes to support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities.
