ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, empowering clients to grow their personal goals outside the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, focusing on compassion, communication, and dependable transportation. You will join a supportive team culture with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
