Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Day Shift (Thu-Fri-Sat) to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will help maintain structure, supervise patients, and assist with meals and snacks while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a year of patient care, a valid driver’s license, and a behavioral health degree or related certification. Colorado RCCF locations may have additional requirements and shifts include weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide milieu management and supervision during meals and snacks.
• Support therapeutic programming and documentation in the EHR.
• Deliver meal support and assist patients with dietary needs.
• Perform administrative tasks and transport patients as needed.
• Maintain compliance with site-specific certifications and regulations.
