Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across multiple sites. The role includes mealtime support, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure patient safety and program fidelity.

Two 12‑hour shifts per week with rotating weekends; requires flexibility, driving (where applicable), and comfort working at multiple site locations.

• Provide patient supervision and support across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs.
• Maintain daily program structure and supervision during meals and snacks.
• Assist with mealtime support and dietary needs.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for shifts.
• Transport patients to medical appointments when needed.
