ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee direct patient care across inpatient and residential settings. You’ll provide supervision, support, and structure, including mealtime and milieu management, while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR and adherence to safety protocols.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, participate in group facilitation, and support transportation and meal-related duties as needed, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record is required only at locations with company vehicles.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care to inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Deliver milieu management and supervise patients per treatment plan.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and monitoring during mealtimes.
• Document observations and events in the EHR and coordinate group activities.
• Support transportation needs and other facility operations as needed.
