Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, meal support, and implement therapeutic programming while maintaining safety and structure across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include milieu management, group facilitation, documentation, and transportation support. The role requires a HS diploma, a year of patient care experience, and relevant certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum of one year direct patient care experience.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending at time of hire) (required)

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Mealtime support and meal coaching with patients.
• Documentation in EHR for group facilitation and patient events.
• Provide patient transportation and assist with outings as needed.
• Commitment to flexible scheduling and weekend/holiday coverage.
