YMCA of Greater Houston is hiring Youth Development Leaders for before/after school and day camp programs serving Katy ISD, Conroe ISD, and Humble ISD. A temporary $3.00/hour stipend is available in eligible locations, separate from base pay.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention training (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to plan and lead age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to pass state/local background checks and fingerprinting.
• TB test and required immunizations per state/local guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Support before/after school and day camp programs with energy and compassion.
• Create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for youth.
• Lead activities, monitor safety, and follow YMCA policies.
• Foster positive behavior and inclusive interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized program space and assist with operations.
• Build relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Follow all safeguarding procedures and sign-in/out processes.
