This full-time, on-site role focuses on building high-performing teams, launching new campuses, and using data to drive performance improvements, with relocation support available. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in education leadership and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
