Job summary

Alpha reimagines K-12 learning with faster, mentor-driven growth. As Youth Program Manager, you will coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and build a culture of excellence across campuses.

You will rely on data and coaching conversations to raise student experiences, lead teams of five or more, and help open new campuses from zero while maintaining uncompromising standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
