Job summary

Alpha hires a Youth Development Manager to coach Guides, build a high-performing team, and sustain uncompromising standards across campuses. The role focuses on coaching, life-skills workshops, and driving measurable student progress.

You will lead data-driven performance improvements, develop leaders, and help launch new campuses from zero, with relocation support and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education, Psychology, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven use of data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in the US.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead engaging life-skills workshops to develop communication and leadership.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
